Refund policy

At The Bento Factory, every box is freshly prepared to order, so we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

That said, if something isn’t right, we want to make it right.

If there’s an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect items, missing items, quality concerns), please reach out to us within 2 hours of delivery at hello@thebentofactory.sg, including your order number and photos where possible.

We’ll review and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund where applicable.
